FYI: I’m a Aussie through and through, born and raised on Gunditjmara land in the Marr nation, which is beachside in windy South West Victoria. Although I have travelled the world extensively, at the moment (but not forever) I am again calling Warrnambool home.

I am a mum to a beautiful 9yr old daughter, Paige, and a 2yr old fur child, Suki (I’m not sure which one keeps me on my toes more?). I’m an totally obsessive with self-development, nature connection and living a simpler, more fulfilling life away from the eternal “busy-ness” we can all get caught up in. I spend so much of my time learning everything I can about soul connection, neuroscience and how to be in this world more sustainably and from a state of deep connection and belonging. I am fuelled in life by dance, friendship and deep and meaningful conversations over lots of cups of tea. My passion lies in sitting in sacred circle with my fellow sisters and I am I determined to help bring womens circles back into every community aroudn the world – especially ones where our children can participate because it is our kids that are going to be the ones who heal this world and when they see active and soul-filled community happening in their elders… This is how i believe we are gogint o finally break free of the patriarchy and start truly bringing equality back into being.
